We are “Paramatma”. Inspired by standing on a nail board (also known as a Sadhu board), we had the idea to introduce this practice to as many people as possible.
Sadhu is the name given to Indian ascetics who sit, stand or lie on nails to get rid of worldly attachments.
Who benefits from standing on a nail board:
Standing on nails reduces stress and improves mood, helps concentration, helps harmonize the physical and spiritual body. It also improves metabolism, reduces muscle tension, and improves sleep quality.

Nail practice
Standing on the nails distributes the body weight evenly, making it a safe practice. The more nails there are on the board (the smaller the distance between them), the easier it is to stand on them.
For beginners, we offer nail boards with nail spacing of 7-8 mm. It is best to start with 1 minute, you can stand on nails and with socks.
Boards with nail spacing of 8-10 mm are suitable for advanced and practicing students. Advanced people can stand on nails for up to 20 minutes.
When standing on nails, our mind initially focuses on the physical body, the pain we feel. However, with time, the unpleasant sensations pass and one feels lightness, relaxation, and less tension.
When to stand on nails?
The best time is in the morning. Morning practice will give you energy for the whole day and lift your mood.
Standing on the nails is also useful when you feel tired, when you want to sleep.
How often do you stand on your nails?
There is no general rule as to how often and how long you should stand on the nails. This is very individual and it is best to focus on your inner needs. However, it is important to remember that discipline is also important for achieving results, and our mind often avoids it in order not to leave the comfort zone.
What to think about when standing on nails?
While standing on the nail board, various emotions can arise, whether it is fear and sadness, or, on the contrary, laughter and happy memories. Some start laughing, others cry, scream. The most important thing is to allow yourself to experience the emotions that arise.
How to maintain a nail board?
The most important rule is not to step on the nails with wet feet, so that the nails do not rust. Therefore, if you notice that the nail board gets wet, it is important to dry it. Sadhu board should be used by one person, otherwise it should be disinfected constantly.
