Delivery
The goods you ordered on Paramatmashop.com will be delivered to the specified address by our partners Omniva. We will deliver the goods to your specified address throughout Lithuania or to selected post machines.
- Order processing takes place within 0-2 days and transferred to courier services
- Courier service usually delivers goods within 1-2 days.
- If we do not have the product in stock, the delivery time is up to 7 working days.
Fast delivery to post offices
You can choose the following delivery methods on the order page:
- Omniva postal machines – Free
The goods are delivered to the post office chosen by the buyer. You will receive an SMS message as soon as the package is delivered to the self-service terminal.
The goods are delivered to the buyer
On the order page, you can choose the following delivery methods, which are delivered to the buyer’s hands:
- Omniva couriers – Free
On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive an SMS message when the delivery of your package is scheduled.
When delivering the package, the courier contacts the buyer by phone, specifying the time and place of delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
- The return of goods purchased by the buyer takes place in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, 2001 August 17 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 258 “On approval of rules for sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication”, 2001 June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 “On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items”, except in cases where the contract cannot be canceled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
- In order to return the product(s) based on Clause 1 of the Rules, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller through the means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned product, the order number and the reason for the return .
- When returning the goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
3.1. The returned item must be in its original, neat and undamaged packaging;
3.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
3.3. The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
3.4. The returned item must be in the same package as the Buyer received it.
- The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in Article 3.
- When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar suitable products.
- In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery.
- In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer’s bank account, except in cases where the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.
- In all cases, when returning the goods, the buyer delivers the goods to the Seller’s office at his own expense.

Please provide the following information:
- Order number;
- Product name;
- The reason for the return;
- Additionally, if necessary, a payment receipt and product photos;
After receiving your notification regarding return or exchange, we will contact you personally and coordinate the return procedure.
